At the recent Swim Ulster LC Championships Nathan W, Paul C, Andrea C and Jodie M formed a mixed medley relay team. Going out for victory, they knocked off an immense 5 seconds from the old club record set by Nathan W, Paul C, Andrea C and Leah B at the summer Nationals last year.
Our new mixed 4 x 100m mixed relay time is 4:16.88
